Pregnant Woman Roughly Handcuffed in front of her Children by Sheriff Deputy

Rosalba Hernandez said that on July 12, 2012, Roselda Campos, in advanced pregnancy, was accosted by a sheriff’s deputy, Marcos Holton, when leaving Lola’s Market on Sebastopol Road, who asked if a pickup truck parked outside was hers. When she said no she was roughly handcuffed in front of her three frightened children. She was released after the deputy realized she was not connected to the young man he was looking for. Rosalba Hernandez said her brother made a complaint to the sheriffs office by phone. She said the sheriffs went to the house to apologize.
